RE-START project aims to improve the learning opportunities of women who want to re-enter the labour market after staying at home for family duties. It will help them in this specific phase of their professional career by supporting and orientating them and building their capacities in regards to organizing their professional and private duties, seeking for available support systems and upskilling offers to improve their employability.
The RE-START project is an Erasmus+ KA204 desinged to specifically address those disadvantaged women and provide them specific support tools which they might even use on their mobile in order to empower them and assist them in the orientation and re-entering process. The project objective is to develop 3 online training modules and 1 motivational module, which answer the a.m. needs.
