The main objective of the project WOMENIN is to educate women entrepreneurs to make them have the same opportunities that men when to enterprising. A clarifying example of the difference in treatment when it comes to entrepreneurship is internationalisation, an aspect we deal with in our educational system. Internationalisation is a relevant step both for the entrepreneur and for the national and European economy. And if we analyse the numbers and the challenges, we see that women have a lot of difficulties when it comes to internationalising their businesses. With the materials we want to create a fairer market and entrepreneurship so that men and women are on equal terms. Gender perspective entrepreneurship education helps the whole European society, and that is one of the main reasons why this project should be founded. As well, this project will help many women to become entrepreneurs and, consequently, to achieve a more prosperous and equal European economy.
WOMENIN aims to promote entrepreneurship among entrepreneur women. In addition, as specific objectives we want to identify the challenges faced by entrepreneur women, we will promote the global vision of the internationalisation of entrepreneur women in Europe, we will promote digital entrepreneurship and we will facilitate the interconnection of entrepreneur women through digitalisation.
