DIVERSEurope is an international attempt to foster diversity and inclusion in small and medium-sized enterprises.
Initiated by the Diversity Charters in Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania, and Ireland, the project DIVERSEurope aims to help employers ensure equal opportunities for all.
The project aims at:
– Consulting small and medium enterprises on diversity and inclusion
– Working with employers in the regions and rural areas
– Analyzing current work practices and highlighting good examples
– Giving tailored trainings to CEOs and other staff
