GUARDIANS – Global Competence Coaching for Healthcare, Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices

Description

This innovative project aims to promote upskilling pathways, improve accessibility and increase the take-up of adult education. Specifically, the GUARDIANS project will assist healthcare workers develop the skills and knowledge they need to meet the changing needs of the healthcare sector.

Objectives

The main objectives of the GUARDIANS Project will focus on developing and delivering a high-quality, accessible education offering that meets the needs of healthcare workers and aligns with the WHO Framework, while also providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure the successful application of the new skills and knowledge in practice.
