CIRC is a 24-month cooperation partnership in adult education that aims to train adult educators in circular economy methodologies while empowering marginalized adults by imparting essential skills and competencies. The program seeks to boost their upskilling, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-confidence, thereby enhancing their prospects for personal and professional growth within the circular economy framework.
