Cult@Intel project is focused on helping Higher Education (HE) teachers create more inclusive and supportive learning environments for students from diverse cultural backgrounds. The project promotes Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in digitally-transformed teaching, ensuring that students facing cultural barriers can succeed.
By training HE teachers and HE administrative staff in cultural awareness, digital teaching strategies, and inclusive practices, Cult@Intel supports internationalisation in higher education and promotes excellence in teaching. The project also aims to support HEIs in rewarding excellence in inclusive teaching through strategic guidelines for administrattive staff.
Cult@Intel aims to empower educators to drive student success in a globalized, digital world by fostering cultural awareness and internationalised education.
