Description

The main objective of the project is to gain knowledge on adult education (unemployed) to extend and develop educators competences and develop high quality skills and competences.

Objectives

Specific objectives:

  • improving knowledge, skills and competences of employees,
  • improving the quality of services provided to the unemployed and job seekers,
  • learning new methods of operation and services,
  • knowledge of methods used in adult education at the level of European standards and their adaptation to the local labor market,
  • raising the level of knowledge of a foreign language,
  • organisation of international career counseling forum
