The DigEMPLOY project aims to help WoMiN adapt to the digital transformation through the development of digital readininess, resilience and capacity. As it was proven, providing trainers with well thought – out and innovative methodologies, practitioners can help their learners.
DigEmploy initially seeks to identify and address the main barriers for WoMiN in entering the labour market. It further aims to empower marginalised, low-qualified Women, Migrants and NEETS by improving their literacy skills and digital competences so they can eventually enter the labour market and be active participants in society.
