The CTF project is motivated by the urgent need to address the significant impact of the food system on the environment, public health, and climate change. The project aims to develop a set of educational material in order to respond the young people desire to better understand healthy nutrition, short supply chains, environmentally and socially sustainable agriculture. In addition, CTF will provide farmers and youth workers with gamified tools they can use to involve young people and get them to know the reality of their job. Learning tools, like online video-based material will be provided to give the opportunity to understand the importance and functioning of the food production process and strengthen the capacity to take responsible choices when buying food.
