SUMMARY:Pottery workshop: Shaping bodies\, cultivating self-confidence
DESCRIPTION:How do we see our bodies?\nHow do we learn to respect\, accept\, and express them? \nThis workshop focuses on the concept of healthy body image and on how we can cultivate acceptance\, self-esteem\, and respect for our bodies and for others. \nThe activity begins with an interactive awareness session\, designed and facilitated by young people for young people from the Youth Advisory Board (YAB) of the Bottom-Up Talks project. Together\, we will explore what body image means\, how bodies differ\, and why this diversity matters. \nAfterwards\, through a ceramics workshop\, participants will have the opportunity to creatively express thoughts and feelings related to the body\, identity\, and self-acceptance.
