RELIEF (InteRvening EarLier In life for hEalthier liFestyles) tackles one of today’s most urgent public health challenges: the growing appeal of e-cigarettes and emerging tobacco products among children. By listening directly to young students aged 6–12, as well as to the parents and teachers who shape their daily lives, the project uncovers how curiosity, misconceptions, and social influences take root early on. Blending cutting-edge research with engaging awareness campaigns, practical training, and digital tools, RELIEF transforms evidence into action, empowering families, educators, health professionals, and policymakers across Europe to protect children, strengthen prevention, and inspire healthier choices from the very start of life.
